“O quarto não foi higienizado ou limpo. Migalhas de comida no chão. A comida em todos os lugares é horrível, acho que este hotel não é uma exceção. Melhor fazer o pedido de Talabat se você puder pagar. Fui obrigado a esperar mais de uma hora no meio da noite pela chave do quarto, embora eu tivesse pago pelo quarto no dia anterior. Minha principal preocupação é a limpeza e não conseguir a chave do quarto a tempo.”

“No elijas este hotel Mi madre y mi tía se quedaron en cuarentena en la habitación 325 desde el 17/10/2021. Muy peor experiencia. Inicialmente nadie dio orientación sobre la habitación y los servicios, dejaron el equipaje afuera y regresaron. Hice una llamada a la recepción para contar esas cosas. No había cerradura en la habitación. ¿Cómo un hotel de cinco estrellas puede proporcionar una habitación sin cerradura? Excepto que el servicio de comida es horrible. Llegaron al hotel alrededor de las 3 de la madrugada y consiguieron algo de comer a las 9.45 de la mañana. Debido a esto, llamé a la recepción y les recordé que no llegaran tarde al almuerzo. La persona que tomó el teléfono (44899000) dijo que lo proporcionará a la 1 p. M., No hay comida después de las 2 p. M. También, llamé de nuevo y dijo que 10 minutos. Por fin consiguieron comida ... ALMUERZO a las 14.45h solo para 1 persona y sin agua potable también. Tan horrible ¿Tenemos que hacer una llamada para todas y cada una de las inquietudes?Cuando se hizo la prueba de anticuerpos de serología, 1 dio positivo y 1 negativo. Y mi madre tenía que quedarse 5 días más sola. Están haciendo algo con los kits de prueba. El personal del hotel no estaba al tanto de la continuación de su estadía y vinieron a la habitación y le dijeron que se retirara. Gente tonta. Por fin obtuvieron información y alguien me llamó por la noche desde allí para pagar el efectivo restante en ese momento. Gente irresponsable. Por qué no me llamaron antes.En general, la comida que se sirve es lo más malo, a veces obtendrá, a veces nada, incluso si llamamos.”
