“Buena ubicación, buena habitación de hotel y buena comida pero servicio de habitaciones extremadamente grosero, el personal no trata bien al huésped y se comporta como un hotel de 2 estrellas, olvídate de los artículos esenciales para el baño, consigue tus propias cosas, si preguntas a recepción te enviarán una de cada. Realmente espero que el servicio a la habitación mejore y, en esencia, que el personal de servicio grosero reciba capacitación adicional sobre cómo tratar al huésped.”
