Our first night was a fail because the air conditioning didn't work, our view was of the bus station and the sink wouldn't drain. But, to their credit, after we complained, they moved us to a junior suite the next day where the ac works the view is amazing. We can't fault the location or the helpful staff either.

No AC. They claimed it was being worked on but according to reviews it’s been 12 days of this. No fans at all to help. If you’re facing the city street it’s extremely loud late into the night but without the window open it’s 95 in your room. With your window open, with no breeze, it’s 85-90. They didn’t tell anyone this in advance but our “compensation” is a free mini bar. That entails two bottles of water, a Coke, a beer and some chips. What a joke. I had no sleep. Do yourself a favor and don’t risk it here.

Do not stay here! The air conditioner is not working and staff acts like it just happened and HVAC technicians are here on site with urgency to fix it but that is not the case. The air has not been working in this hotel for more than 11 days. They do not have any fans to provide guests and the rooms are sitting at 83° at night. They tell you they will comp the mini bar but the only thing in the mini bar are three water bottles and a Coca-Cola. Read the reviews, this place is disgusting and hot. Go somewhere else

The only reason i don't give 5 stars is because I get to my room (friday May 13) and their is no a/c working. I called reception and Silvia who is beautiful person, told me that the hotel GM ordered no a/c in rooms and the room was 28 Celsius very hot for me. And that the GM will be in hotel until Monday. Worst service from the GM
Silvia was sooo embarrassed (it was not her fault) she is lending me a fan for the room. And the hotel is no cheap!!
I am still to get the GM name.

I stay in Siena regularly, this is my go to hotel. Friendly, clean, comfortable, great location, decent breakfast... all this in beautiful Siena. What's not to like?

Bom hotel, quarto confortável, ótimo desjejum, equipe de recepção atenciosa. Meus agradecimentos especialmente a Sílvia, Alessandro e Sara. Apesar do sol da tarde, prefiro os quartos da parte de trás do hotel e recomendo - em qualquer posição - os andares mais altos. Bem localizado, dá pra visitar a pé e sem esforço os principais pontos históricos, condução na porta. Não tem estacionamento, mas tem possibilidade de parar em ruas próximas de graça ou pagar 25 euros por dia a um valet service conveniado.

Tivemos problema com o horário de check pois aguarda-se o horário da reserva que já é tarde (15h) e neste horário e exato o hóspede vai fazer seu check in e o recepcionista pede para aguardar mais 30 minutos.... um desrespeito ao cliente que em muitas ocasiões está esperando horas para ter acesso ao apartamento. Não ficarei mais em hotel como este NH de Siena.

Acomodações razoáveis. Banheiro péssimo,com chuveiro frio e fraco (pingando umas poucas gotas).Não teve reposição de papel higiênico (No dia que você chega tem... depois limpe com a mão).Não tem serviço de quarto.Para carregar as malas, mandam as mulheres franzinas e delicadasque fazem a limpeza, carregar as malas pesadas.O café da manhã é bom, mas você paga a parte.Nos deu um prejuízo de 200 € por nos mandar para um estacionamento público (em dia de jogo ) e o nosso carro foi rebocado.Péssimo... também não deram a mínimapara o que nos aconteceu.

Very nice hotel near to the city center of Siena.
The hotel is outside of the ztl zone, but, be careful, during football matches it is also near to the stadium so the roads that lead to it could be closed.
The staff is always very polite and will help you in any possible way.
Every time that I used the hotel, I had very nice, clean and quiet rooms.
The WiFi connection is stable and good enough to watch movies and work without problems.
The beds are very large and very comfortable.
The breakfast is various and tasty.
There are two negative points though regarding this place, the first one is that, in standard and superior rooms there isn't even a little bottle of water for free, most of 4 starts hotel have this nice touch nowadays and the other one is that the hotel doesn't have a private parking but just a convention with a private garage in Siena.
That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of five.

Location is great - close to Siena´s historic centre (10-15 minute walk). Parking is never easy in Siena, but there are two big carparks very close to the hotel - one at the end of Vialle del Vecchia (warning - do not park there on Tuesday nights as every Wednesday morning there is a market there and your car will be towed away after 4:30 on Wed. morning), second is a big carpark around the stadium at the back of the hotel (entrance from Vialle dei Mille). Both carparks are a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. Breakfast is good - apart from typical Italian sweet food you can also have ham, salami, cheese, etc. Some people complain in comments here about the cleanliness of the hotel - surprisingly to us as the hotel is clean (at least our third floor was very clean in corridor and the room).

The perfect hotel in the perfect location! Why would anyone stay anywhere else? Right on Piazza Gramsci at the top / entrance of the town. 20 minute walk anywhere in the town. Where the buses come, so easy to get there and to get to any other town from there. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Very good breakfast. Very nice rooms. Manager Ludwigo and Francesco at the front desk are superb and take care of everything. I brought a group of 23 and the entire group was so impressed with their accommodations. And for a great price! We will be back!

Overall, a very nice hotel. Location is wonderful and right in the heart of the city. Parking can be very difficult to find nearby, so plan to park and walk 8 to 10 minutes to the hotel. Beware that if you're close to the elevators (we were in 502) you WILL hear the constant hum of the elevator motor starting and stopping and the associated thumping as the elevators move from floor to floor- this almost constant during daylight hours. Bring earplugs (if you're noise sensitive you'll still hear them) or better yet, stay farther away from them.

O atendimento do rececionista teve défice de profissionalismo. Desde evidenciar um comportamento stressado perante todos os clientes que tinham algo a tratar naquele momento chegando a reiterar que não conseguia fazer nada pois estava sozinho... Não teve o mínimo de atenção para resolver um erro de reserva entre o Hôtel e o Booking de nos ter colocado num quarto com camas separadas em vez de cama de casal.... Passada muita argumentação da minha parte disse que não tinha mais quartos estava cheio... E afirmou que alguém iria ao quarto juntar as duas camas e colocar roupa única e que não aconteceu... Apenas foram juntas as camas algo que poderia ter sido eu a fazê lo como lhe referira antes... Enfim... O quarto apesar de ter sido colocado no piso - 2 sem qualquer vista e da alcatifa evidenciar algum desgaste inaceitável para um 4 estrelas com um preço elevado de reserva. O pequeno almoço dentro dos constrangimentos atuais da pandemia era equilibrado e bem atendido. A localização não sendo no centro é muito perto de tudo para quem ande bem. Outra atitude desadequada do rececionista no mesmo momento do check in teve a ver com o parqueamento do carro.. Apesar de ter enviado pedido especial para estacionar não havia mais lugares... O que é compreensível... Já não é compreensível dizer que fosse ver là fora.. Enfim

Only one person works at reception, takes long time to wait my turn. I booked with balcony room but that time was already full and next day we changed to new room. They need maintenance. Room carpet specially so ugly spots I saw.

El hotel no está nada mal, en el centro de Siena. La habitación era amplia y la cama cómoda. El desayuno es bastante variado, los croissant estaban realmente buenos. El único problema es llegar con el coche, ya que el GPS nos intentaba mandar por una calle prohibida.

Muy buena ubicación. Personal atento y correcto. Habitaciones confortables y con bonitas vistas. Cerca de la zona monumental, comercial y de ocio (restaurantes, cafeterías y bares). No tiene aparcamiento, pero cerca se puede aparcar (al aire libre de pago o libre). Hay que observar la señalización de las zonas de aparcamiento, pues hay horarios de limpieza de las calles, en las que el coche no puede estar (o te multan).

Estuve alojada 3 noches, hice base allí para luego recorrer Cortona, Montepulciano y Montalcino, el hotel es correcto, pedí un up grade apenas llegué pero sin suerte de obtenerlo,quería una habitación con bañera para relajar luego de un día de mucho caminar. El desayuno es variado, ofrece frutas, dátiles, yogur, jugos varios, rica pastelería y poca comida caliente. No tiene parking propio te indican de estacionarlo a 300 metros gratis, frente a la muralla. Debo decir que su conexión a internet es super , super lenta. Está bien ubicado, frente a distintas lineas de buses y a 5 minutos del casco histórico.La habitación es amplia, el baño pequeño, los amenities correctos y suficientes para el aseo, un escritorio muy cómodo y frigobar.
