“Really loved our stay at TRS. It was a very amazing experience! All of the staff were super duper friendly and always had a smile on their faces waiting to help. I wish the food had a little more taste but I think it may be a cultural thing but nonetheless all of the exquisite fruits and dishes were still tasty. The accommodations were extremely clean. We didn't find any dust or dirt in corners or anything that would make us think that housekeeping did a mediocre job. We stayed in a junior swim up suite and it was amazing. We did notice that times that leaves and debris would build up by our room but every day there was a pool attendant who came by and cleaned the area so we really appreciate it that. One thing that we wish we had when we first got there was a tour of the entire property so we would know where everything was. The resort is so huge that even staying there a week isn't long enough. When you stay at TRS you have access to the entire property which was really cool. We definitely took advantage of many of the restaurants and our favorite was the Indian restaurant. It was quite delicious. Be prepared to bring mosquito repellent because there are lots of those in the area. Overall we would definitely go back and we are planning on bringing friends with us next time so they can enjoy the same awesome experiences that we did. Also be sure to shop around for the excursions because some of the salesmen overcharge. I would suggest sticking with the salesman located in the main lobby of TRS. Also you shouldn't pay over $35 for transport to and from the airport. If you have a chance to visit Zentropia definitely make sure that you try that out. The spa and pool and juice bar and Jacuzzi were all and amazing experience especially if you want some quiet time away from everyone else in the spa and the hydrotherapy area there's tons of peace and quiet. The grounds all around the property were simply amazing and full of vegetation that I've never seen before even at other islands in the Caribbean! We'll definitely have to come back to visit this amazing resort and we would highly recommend that you do too!”

“Everyone is very attentive and they make sure that all your needs are met! Everything is well kept and clean. The food and drinks were amazing! Me and my husband loved Randy who was our butler. He made all our dinner reservations and even gave us his number for if we had any concerns or special request. He also gave us great tips and places we should visit during our stay. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you enjoy your stay to the max! The whole staff are very friendly and try their best to help you and guide you. I do recommend to make all your dinner reservations the first day you arrive. We will definitely come again and we will most definitely ask that Randy be our butler again!”
