“Toronto's St. Regis is one of the best hotels I've stayed at - very clean, comfy, classy, and the staff are very accommodating. We were upgraded to the suite and it's a phenomenal room with a sitting area and two bathrooms. However, we had a few blips during our stay: our room wasn't ready for a few hours (though the manager was very apologetic and left us cupcakes in our room) and there was a hair in the butter in our breakfast. My only small disappointment is the gym; it's smaller than I expected and doesn't have much equipment compared to other hotel gyms. The second time, we booked one of the smaller suites and it was excellent. Overall, this is my favourite hotel in Toronto and the atmosphere is so welcoming at a level of sophistication unmatched by other hotels in the area.”
