As camas não são as melhores e não dão muito apoio. Cada um veio com três travesseiros. Pedi um travesseiro extra, mas eles disseram que não tinham. O AC mantém um lado da sala muito mais frio do que o outro. Não é ótimo quando se viaja em família. Chuveiro um pouco sujo. A televisão era nova. A equipe foi amigável. Recomendo em outro lugar.

Las camas no son las mejores y no dan mucho apoyo. Cada uno vino con tres almohadas. Pidió una almohada extra pero me dijeron que no tenían ninguna. El aire acondicionado mantiene un lado de la habitación mucho más fresco que el otro. No es genial cuando se viaja en familia. Ducha un poco sucia. La televisión era nueva. El personal fue amable. Recomendar en otro lugar.

Este hotel não atende aos padrões do Springhill Suites. Depois de ter deixado o hotel do aeroporto anterior porque era nojento, fomos para Springhill com maiores esperanças. A pessoa da recepção foi muito agradável e prestativa, e esperávamos melhor no início. Uma vez que entramos no quarto, ficamos desapontados. A cama estava trocada e limpa, mas a pia do banheiro e a banheira pareciam não ter sido limpas. A pia estava fazendo backup, então provavelmente é por isso que parecia suja. Nós pulamos o chuveiro embora. Que nojo! É frustrante não poder contar com o Marriott quando você está no aeroporto com um voo cancelado e precisa de um lugar limpo e confiável para ficar. Como membros do Titanium Bonvoy, esperamos isso da Marriott. Muito desapontado.

This hotel does not meet the standards of Springhill Suites. After having left the previous airport hotel because it was disgusting, we headed to Springhill with higher hopes. The front desk person was very nice and helpful, and we were expecting better at the start. Once we got into the room, we were disappointed. The bed was changed and clean, but the bathroom sink and tub looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned at all. The sink was backing up, so that is probably why it appeared dirty. We skipped the shower though. Yuck! It’s frustrating not to be able to count on Marriott when you’re at the airport with a cancelled flight and need a clean reliable place to stay. As Titanium Bonvoy members we expect this from Marriott. Very disappointed.

The beds aren’t the best and are not very supportive. Each came with three pillows. Asked for an extra pillow but they said they didn’t have any. The AC keeps one side of the room much cooler than the other. Not great when traveling as a family. Shower a little bit dirty. TV was new. Staff was friendly. Recommend elsewhere.

A equipe foram excelentes pessoas adoráveis de cima para baixo e no meio. Piscina não estava aberta e nenhuma estimativa real de quando seria por dias. Tapetes manchados e necessário shampooed. Mas os quartos foram limpos. Nenhum serviço de limpeza por dias u menos u pediu. Classificação por estrelas com base em não nos dizer que precisávamos pedir limpeza do quarto e tapetes sujos nos quartos.

El personal era gente encantadora excepcional de arriba a abajo y en el medio. La piscina no estaba abierta y no había una estimación real de cuándo estaría por días. Las alfombras estaban manchadas y necesitaban lavado con champú. Pero las habitaciones estaban limpias. No hay servicio de limpieza durante los días que menos lo pediste. Calificación de estrellas basada en no decirnos que necesitábamos pedir limpieza de habitaciones y alfombras sucias en las habitaciones.

Staff were outstanding lovely people from top to bottom and in between. Pool was not open and no real estimate of when it would be for days. Carpets stained and needed shampooed. But rooms were cleaned. No cleaning service for days u less u asked for it. Star rating based upon not telling us we needed to ask for room cleaning and dirty carpets in rooms.

Nice hotel com funcionários simpáticos e localização muito conveniente perto do aeroporto. Bom tamanho dos quartos. Limpo e confortável. Ótimas pessoas trabalhando na hora do café da manhã. Ficamos por alguns dias e, devido à situação de poucos funcionários, eles estão tentando oferecer aos hóspedes a melhor experiência. Recomendado.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and very convenient location near the airport. Good size of the rooms. Clean and comfortable. Great people working at breakfast time. We stayed for few days and because of the short staffed situation they are trying to give the guests the best experience. Recommended.

It is what you would expect from a Marriott it was clean decent well-kept, however they are really short changing on the breakfast menu we chose not to eat there after we tried it and we went across the street to the waffle House and had a much better breakfast. Their coffee is not very good. On the other hand it is a free breakfast if you're on a budget

After a long day traveling, I look forward to a hot shower. My room had the faucet adjusted so that you cound not regulate the shower past Luke warm. Totally unacceptable. The exhaust fan in the bath sounded like a truck going down a highway.The sofa had stains and didn't look clean and the carpet needs replacing.

This hotel just has a weird smell as you walk in. I don’t want to say diapers, but I’m not sure how else to describe this.We pulled the sheets back and the bed sheets and bright yellow stains.The towels have brown stains on them and one of them is… sticky.I wasn’t expecting 5 star hotel but I wasn’t expecting worse than motel 8 either.
