“I had a three night stay at this hotel and had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a good location, it is a 5 minute walk from the tram network that runs straight to the old city of Venice. Despite encountering some issues with my room, the staff were very accommodating and solved my issues immediately. The morning breakfast was good and the local area was quiet.”

“Os apartamentos são ótimos, mas o serviço é um tanto quanto atrapalhado. Tínhamos serviço de maleteiro incluído e as malas demoraram mais de uma hora para chegar, pois havia somente um funcionário para atender a todos os aptos. e também faltaram alguns ítens no quarto, como toalhas, e amenities.
