“Very nice service and very helpful staff. The beach at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort is better than others in the area. Just north of Playa Del Carmen. They keep the place very clean. I got a nice haircut at their salon inside their gym and spa area. They were very flexible on making my appt work for me. Nice pool area. It would be nice if they used their shuttle golf carts more productively. There are some long walks depending on where your room is with empty carts driving past you who could easily pick you up and take you to where you are walking like other resorts do for their guests near this resort that have a similar resort blueprint layout. Can't beat the price and the service that comes with it though. I recommend Sandos Caracol Eco Resort.”

“My first vacation in Mexico was excellent because Ricardo and the entertainment staff were very energetic and friendly. They encourage everyone to get up and dance.
