“Our room wasn’t even clean. Microwave didn’t work. TV remote missing. Paint peeling. Holes. Door wouldn’t stay shut unless it was locked. Carpet had random trash and dirt. Toilet paper in the shower floor. Beds were made but there was only a light sheet and no comforter… although there is a lot around this location it felt uncomfortable. It was very run down and not the nicest people staying there. You pay for a 3 star hotel but it’s a barely a 1 star and it’s not even worth that money. Would not recommend this Ramada, it was very nasty and not worth the money.”

“This place was awful. They messed up our reservation, then simply cancelled it and told us to book again through a third party, costing us more money. While waiting in the lobby, another guest came in and said they had been given someone else's room key. Our air conditioner knob was broken off and the room was hot. the shower water barely got lukewarm. The pool water had chunks of white stuff floating around in it, and was too cloudy to even see the second stair. They advertised hot eggs for breakfast, as well as a full continental breakfast. This was not the case. No eggs, i had to go into the employee lounge to get sugar for the coffee, the waffle maker was broken, and the place was a mess. There was Garbage piling up in breezeways, and a significant amount of exposed rust, both in and out of my room. I will say, much of this may be due to a lack of help. But if Wyndham wants to keep a safe and healthy space as a minimum for their guests, they should address the issue, post-haste. I'm usually easily satisfied with accommodations, but this place made me feel concerned for the safety and health of not only my wife and I, but the community-at-large. One Star”
