“Our room was great! We got a pool and ocean view room that was absolutely beautiful. Guest attendants left it clean everyday. Good options are excellent, we had a very attentive server every morning for breakfast we loved her, unfortunately did not get her name. At the pool we got Abraham as our server and he was also really attentive & amazing!! Definitely bring tip money. 10/10 recommend this hotel. Family friendly but it’s also connected to The Hacienda which is adult only & you can walk over too.”

“all i have to say is do NOT stay here. it’s not worth the amount you pay. The food is not the greatest and you need to wake up at 9am to make reservations for places you want to eat at. their is 3 different coloured wrist bands 1 is under 18 and the other is for the Krystal altitude and the other one is the hacienda. The hacienda offers you everything like a normal all inclusive would but the krystal wrist band barely offers you anything. They tell you it’s an all inclusive resort but really it’s half inclusive. Room service is not free and the cabana beds on the beach are not free. Do not stay here at all. Our room hasn’t been cleaned in 3 days. Everything costs extra whether they tell you or not. I have many more things to say…. save your money and go somewhere else”
