Nós amamos nossa estadia aqui. Este hotel é realmente elegante e a decoração dos quartos era linda e luxuosa. Adorei as cortinas blackout que nos ajudaram a ter uma ótima noite de sono. Dormimos melhor nesta cama do que na nossa cama em casa! Eu nem sabia que poderíamos solicitar um ventilador, mas achei que poderia pedir, com certeza eles compraram um para o nosso quarto o mais rápido possível !!! Pedimos serviço de quarto 2 vezes e fiquei deslumbrado quando chegamos à 1h e eles nos compraram uma bela mesa decorada com comida quente e água gelada. Foi o melhor depois de um longo dia de viagem. Nós apreciamos muito a banheira de hidromassagem também e tendo roupões para vestir. Adorei os artigos de toalete que eles deixaram no banheiro para nós. Nosso quarto tinha uma vista linda. O spa parecia bonito, mas não o usamos. Os funcionários são fantásticos, desde os saltos de sino quando você chega à recepção até os limpadores e as pessoas que prestam serviço de quarto. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente gentis e o receberam com um sorriso. Meu favorito era como o lobby sempre cheirava fabuloso. Eu não poderia sair sem entrar na loja de presentes e perguntar que vela eles estão usando no saguão. Tenho um para levar para casa! Minhas queixas leves são um dos dias em que saímos e eles não arrumaram nosso quarto enquanto estávamos fora (lixo não removido, toalhas não reabastecidas, cama não feita) que foi domingo, 21 de agosto, quarto 1227. quarto foi arrumado. E na primeira noite lá fui reorganizar os travesseiros e o último travesseiro tinha uma grande aranha preta rastejando. Não é grande coisa que jogamos aquele travesseiro no armário durante a noite. Também descobrimos o refrigerador e a máquina de café no final de nossa viagem. Não desfazemos as malas e percebemos que esses itens estavam dentro da cômoda embaixo da TV. Fora isso, com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente. Uma das melhores estadias que tivemos em um hotel.

I can’t begin to describe this amazing BEAUTIFUL hotel.. so, when I go on vacation I want my experience to be exceptional, exhilarating, breathtaking beautiful. It was all that and then some.. and I want to especially Thank Kevin at the front desk for making all my reservations to some of the best restaurants in New Orleans.. and big Thanks to the maintenance man for taking my bulk trash when he didn’t have to.. I’m telling anyone if you want to feel safe and enjoy the best trip of your life go to The Ritz Carlton.. Heck, I’m going back trip already booked in 22 days from today.. oh yes, the band down at the bar inside The Ritz was so entertaining THANK YOU RITZ

We loved our stay here. This hotel is truly classy and the decor in the rooms were beautiful and luxurious. Loved the blackout curtains it helped us get a great night sleep. We slept better in this bed then we do at our bed at home! I didn’t even know we could request a fan, but I figured I could ask, sure enough they bought one to our room ASAP!!! We ordered room service 2 times and I was blown away when we checked in at 1am and they bought us a beautiful decorated table with hot food and cold ice water. It was the best after a long day of travel. We very much enjoyed the hot tub also and having robes to wear. Loved the toiletries they left in the bathroom for us. Our room had a beautiful view. The spa seemed beautiful but we did not use it. The employees are fantastic, from the bell hops when you arrive to the front desk to the cleaners to the people who deliver room service. All employees were extremely kind and welcome you with a smile. My favorite was how the lobby always smelled fabulous. I couldn’t leave without going into the gift shop and asking what candle they’re using in the lobby. I got one to take home! My mild complaints are one of the days we went out and they did not make up our room while we were gone (trash not removed, towels not replenished, bed not made) that was Sunday, August 21st room 1227. But the other days the room was made up. And the first night there I went to rearrange the pillows and the last pillow had a big black spider crawling across. No big deal we threw that pillow in the closet for the night. Also we discovered the cooler and coffee machine towards the end of our trip. We did not unpack our suitcases and realized these items were inside the dresser under the TV. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. One of the best stays we’ve had a hotel.

We had an excellent stay at the Ritz Carlton New Orleans. Top notch service all around and very cozy beds. Great location, you’re close to everything but still able to feel like you can escape the hustle and bustle. You have to go see Lila at the hotel lounge. She makes a mean cocktail and went out of her way to make our experience next level and unforgettable. Thank you so much, Lila!!

This was truly a 5-star hotel.One of the most comfortable rooms I've ever slept in, marble bath, quiet, chocolates on the pillow. Lobby smelled like gardenias, staff was great.They had coffee set up in the morning for the guests, free newspapers, and a great location right on the edge of the French Quarter.A great experience.

My first stay at the Ritz New Orleans was fantastic! Room was amazing: most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, lounge/restaurant was great, wine was outstanding, quiet room with city view. From the valet employee to the front desk, everyone was friendly and helpful. We were excited to see Hamilton, and the concierge told us how wonderful the show was. The Ritz is simply the best.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The reception stuff was extremely nice and helpful, it gave us very good expression about the hotel from the beginning. The room was big and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was amazing we really enjoyed it every morning. And they have a nice jazz program in the evening. I will definitely recommend this hotel for all my friends and family 😃

I was met with the phenomenal service you'd expect from Ritz-Carlton and I had a great stay. The room was nice, as well as the conference room. The food we had catered during the conference was really good. The location is within walking distance of so much. All of the staff were very friendly, and Kai at guest services was especially helpful throughout my stay. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

The customer service here is why I will keep going to the ritz carton. Exceptional customer service from the moment you step into the building. I stayed on the club level with access to the club lounge. Amazing experience! It's definitely worth the upgrade. My only issue with this hotel was that the club rooms were a little dated.. looks like they are going through a gradual renovation process of the rooms, they could also do with a real sized swimming pool. The outdated rooms are still beautiful, but I prefer a modern look and feel.. Outside of the rooms, everything screams of luxury and quality from the arts to the marbled floors and pillars.. But the best part of my experience was the service, thank you to all the wonderful people that work here, especially Barry and the other guys that work at the club lounge.

Vim aqui para uma viagem de trabalho cerca de 2 semanas atrás. O atendimento ao cliente foi incrível. Manobrista foi amigável e oportuno. Came here for a work trip about 2 weeks ago. Customer service was amazing. Valet was friendly and timely. Turn down service had returned, that was a nice addition. The room was clean. Room service was prompt. The location to Bourbon St was great and walkable.

This hotel is beautiful. I love my room and the lobby and bar are wonderful. Staff has been so friendly and welcoming. I saw that some reviewers said the hotel was not 5 star quality and that worried me when I booked it. Now I realize those people are probably perpetually unhappy. Absolutely nothing to complain about, I’ve had a great stay.

Cheguei com muita fome no hotel. O Seafood Gumbo foi como seria de esperar em Nova Orleans. Incrível! A sala estava silenciosa. O colchão estava certo. E eu dormi como uma pedra. What a phenomenal property. The staff were extremely engaging and supportive of all our needs, and the room and amenities at the hotel were better than expected. The area around the hotel was cause for concern with regard to "feeling safe", but that is unavoidable for any hotel in that area, not specific to the Ritz. The property smelled incredible and the ambiance while you walk through, in any wing or floor, was extremely pleasing. Highly recommended.

I arrived very hungry at the hotel. The Seafood Gumbo was as you would expect in New Orleans. Amazing! The room was quiet. The mattress was just right. And I slept like a rock. The nearby live music we enjoyed the next day was legendary, soulful, and fun! We will be back to visit again soon.

This is one of the best hotel experiences. I arrived at the hotel late and very hungry. I love shrimp so I ordered a shrimp Po Boy. The serving was enough for two people. Perfectly seasoned and fresh. My official day 1 I wanted to experience some authentic food which lead me to the dining room. There wasn’t anything that I ate here that wasn’t cooked to perfection. The bonus touch was the nice robes the quality wasn’t something I would purchase myself.The TV!!! I didn’t have to squint to see it. Francheska and Anna were both so helpful and give me the run down on other places to eat. Parking is valet and cost about $50 a day. Everyone at the hotel was exceptionally nice and professional.

Hasta ahora el hotel más lujoso y bello de New Orleans con su privilegiada ubicación sobre Canal St, y a escasa cuadra y media de Bourbon St.

Es un hotel que no llega ni a tres estrellas, descuidado, habitación común y corriente. Una madrugada los huéspedes de la habitación del frente se pelearon, se estuvieron gritando por casi 30 minutos, y nadie del hotel pudo llegar a poner orden. Es un hotel al que no volvería, y en la ciudad hay 5 estrellas de verdad por un costo poco mayor.

El hotel es muy bonito, en la noche puede andar uno con tranquilidad dentro del hotel, las habitaciones son muy limpias, el hotel es muy limpio y muy bonito, la verdad me gusta bastante la recepcion es muy bonita, la verdad, me gusta demasiado, la decoracion, y la recepcionista muy amable

My fave hotel in NOLA. Good service, although the guy at the reception could have a better attitude for Ritz. The room was big, bathroom was well laid out, bed was comfortable and toiletries were high quality. Pool was small. They do have a hot tub so that helps. There was no chaise or pool chairs to lay down and relax. The best part was the food - I really enjoyed the sliders there and the chicken club sandwich. Home made pudding was also decent. I stayed at monteleone for a couple nights but Ritz is definitely a much better hotel. Location is also great - it's only 2 short blocks away from bourbon.

This is a first-class hotel, which is to be expected of the Ritz. The location is superb—walking distance to the French quarter. We were given the best service/hospitality from the moment we drove up to the valet. Watching people dance to the jazz band in the bar was really fun, and made it feel like we were in another era. The ambiance is the traditional New Orleans look, but it feels fresh and new. We had a suite. It was very spacious, elegant, clean as could be, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay for our anniversary.

Had a great stay at the Ritz in New Orleans! I put in the notes that my wife and I were in town for our anniversary. They set us up in a newly renovated room on the top floor and surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! The hotel is beautiful and all the employees extremely hospitable. We were able to walk to most of our destinations from the well positioned hotel.

Was here for a business trip and the experience was great! Staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfy. The room service and food was fantastic! They have a outside patio which was beautiful and relaxing to sit down at. Spa and massage services was great! Location was convenient to our meeting location in bourbon street.

Excelente opción hemos tenido oportunidad de estar varias veces en N.O. y hemos tenido muy malas experiencias en otros hoteles y en este hotel solo tuvimos experiencias positivas en cuanto a trato, limpieza y seguridad, esta ultima siendo la mas importante ya que estamos hablando de una ciudad muy insegura. Sin duda alguna volveremos.
