“Our stay at Dockside was wonderful. We stayed in the 2 room suite. The room was very clean and housekeeping was extremely quick when filling requests. The heated pool was nice especially since it was rather chilly during our stay in January. The food was pretty good for a cafeteria, especially the pizza.I really enjoyed the lounge/bar off the lobby. The bartenders were super nice and attentive, even when busy. It was a nice area to sit, relax and watch some football after exhausting day at the parks. Lastly, we never had to wait more than a few minutes on busses going to or from the parks. Overall, my favorite resort thus far. We've stayed at many Disney resorts but this was the first time at a Universal resort and we definitely preferred the relaxing fun environment here!”
