Hotel no padrão RADISSON de qualidade. Muito próximo ao aeroporto é ideal para quem somente precisa ter uma pousada meia-diária. O restaurante somente funciona a partir das 19h, mas servem variedade de refeições no Bar.

Uma senhora que nos recepcionou não era uma pessoa simpática e atenciosa com os clientes, em nosso quarto o serviço de limpeza era péssimo, não trocavam as toalhas e não retiravam a louça usada anteriormente. Um dia encontramos uma chave da camareira em nosso quarto, chave essa que abria todos os outros quartos, devolvemos na recepção na mesma hora. Consideramos essa uma falha na segurança do hotel. Acredito que falta treinamento para os funcionários.

Debo decir que no tuve la oportunidad de nisiquiera entrar en la habitación, os explico, reservé por Booking y según la reservación debia pagar en el establecimiento, llegue a la noche sobre las 00:00 (nunca tuve problema con llegar a cualquier hora ya que normalmente donde reservo abren recepción 24h como en este caso hace Radisson Blue) resumiendo, cuando llegue me dijo el recepcionista que esperase un momento me verificó que era yo con mi pasaporte y fue a ver al manager a dentro de la habitación detrás de él volvió y me dijo que lo sentía que intentaron cobrar la targeta y fué denegada, cabe decir que no me enteré hasta llegar a otro hotel que como sabrán fue un caos a esa hora de que tenía 2h más para hacer el pago, básicsmente tenía hasta las 2 am, y el me mintió y dijo que no podían hacwr nada y literalmente me disceiminó supongo porque no encuentro otra razon o eso o que la alquilqaron mas cara y se desicierón de mi para ganar unos cuantos euros más. Es mi primera vez que he ido a Radisson Blue hotel y la verdad me ha dejado un trago bastante amargo que se desagan de un cliente así como si fuera un numero donde está el servicio al cliente? Acaso solo lo teneis en invierno cuando no hay casi turistas un respeto poefavorSi alguien por encima de el Manager de este Radisson lee esta reseña le escribo aqui el dia y la hora a la que ha pasado esto por si quieres hacer algo al respecto. 06/09/2022 A las 00:20 h del dia 6.Un saludo cordial ya que ustedes no tienen respeto yo les voya tratar con resoeto igual.

My experience from staying 2+ times is that its a Top hotel for stopover or city break. Good value, high standards, great staff who are helpful, friendly, really good at customer service. Rooms very clean, comfortable and not cluttered. Always sleep well. Breakfast fab. Looking forward to another stopover.

Buen hotel en Lisboa. Buen desayuno. Fuimos en coche a visitar Lisboa. Dejábamos el coche en la puerta y por la mañana lo cogíamos para acercarnos al centro. Correcto

Una estancia estupenda desde el genial trato y ayuda en la recepción hasta el transporte gratuíto al aeropuerto. Una habitación enorme, limpia y muy cómoda, no se oían ruidos y tuvimos una grata noche. El desayuno bastante bueno y con muy buen servicio. Volveríamos a este hotel sin duda. A lo mejor porque llegamos tarde pero alrededor del hotel no encontramos mucha cosa que hacer. Lo de menos.

Está bien, desayuno notable, aparcamiento cómodo en el hotel por 13,40€, cubierto y vigilado, también se puede aparcar fuera , equivalente a la zona azul de España. Lo mejor el chico con gafas que me atendió en recepción, fue muy amable y salió a la puerta para explicarme cómo entrar en el parking.

Um hotel excelente, atendimento, acomodação, limpeza. O almoço foi espetacular o menu do dia uma delícia. A família adorou, passamos uma tarde e noite, porém foi perfeito. Não tive tempo de ir na academia. Banheiro perfeito, quarto impecável, porém no corredor. Ponto que fiquei preocupado observei que em um quarto tinha uma bandeja com alimentos fora do quarto que ficou a tarde e noite fora e não foi recolhido.

Estoy alojada ahora aquí. Las habitaciones muy grandes el personal súper amable y el buffet es excepcional. Una muy grata experiencia , inesperada . Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda

Pésima elección por TAP, mi vuelo se retraso en Napoles (19:05h) y con 4 horas de retraso a las 2 am, me dieron este hotel para dormir 4 horas por que mi vuelo salía a las 7:35 am (otro retraso 7:55 am), a una distancia de 10 minutos y no corren con los gastos de los taxis, ¿por que no me ofrecieron el hotel del aeropuerto? Además, me dijeron que me despertarian a la hora que les diga (6 am) y no lo hicieron, se lo comenté cuando baje y me dijo que su compañero iba a subir justo ahora (6:30 am). Por último el taxi que pedí iba a tener servicio de pago con tarjeta, cuando llegue al aeropuerto me dijo que no tenía pago con tarjeta. Pésima experiencia.

This hotel is the best rated in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms were large and very nice.I enjoyed my stay here and it was extremely comfortable especially the beds. Staff was friendly and it was a convenient location. I would stay here again.

The hotel is amazing. Hands down the nicest Radisson I've ever stayed at. Clean, friendly and a great buffet style restaurant with table service. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we chose this hotel because it had a shuttle that would pick us up from the airport. Apparently that shuttle only runs in the mornings. Since we got in around 9 p.m. there was no shuttle for us to use. However the taxi ride here was less than 10 €

Hotel de 4 estrrellas sin más.Ubicado a las afueras de Lisboa (relativamente cerca del aeropuerto) y puedes acceder al metro CAMPOGRANDE a unos 500m cerca del estado Jose Alvalade. El hotel ya está un poco anticuado. El parking (13,40€/dia) es un poco infernal......(poca maniobrabilidaf, algunas plazas para un coche tipo Smart...). El hotel tiene muchas habitaciones (insonorizado porque a pesar de estar cerca eel aeropuerto no se oye nada). Sin más....para dormir y hacer excursiones. Si no tienew desayuno incluido o quieres hacer uso del Room Service, prepara la cartera (perp bueno esto en general es habitual).

Very nice hotel and close to airport with shuttle service every 30min.Large rooms with updated bathrooms and full set of nice large towels. Breakfast was exceptional with full hot and cold food options. Modern TVs and USB ports for charging. Wifi was a little spotty. Where money was spent to upgrade bathrooms and flooring - some of the room furniture is a little dated and needs replacement. Overall very pleased with our stay.

O hotel deixa muito a desejar em termos de qualidade de serviço. Os empregados idosos que nos atenderam precisam de reforma ou reciclagem. Falam do alto da sua sapiência hoteleira, como se os clientes fossem estúpidos ou mentecaptos. Pouco cuidado com serviço ao cliente, impaciência com turistas. Falam entre eles com enfado. Enfim... Nem um restaurante de jeito souberam indicar quando tem diversos a 500 metros! Enfim, quarto caro para tao fraco serviço. Nao voltarei a este hotel.

Last stay in this hotel was 3 years ago. This time round decided to refresh my memory on what is what. The overall impression: the hotel is run down. Minor details like dirty old carpets in the hallways on each floor, torn wallpaper, dirty mirrors in the lift, non-working lift call buttons, shabby-looking chairs in the bar area- all adds up to a not very pleasant impression. The room was good,the bed was very comfortable. The staff members were a bit...sluggish, should I say? In the bar there were several staff members in shift, with barely any customers in sight- still they managed to mix the orders up and/or successfully forget about the orders. The breakfast was great and I would say a good value for money.

I think that may have been the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Upon just stepping into the revolving door, I found out it was automatic - which meant it kept spinning even as I reached for my suitcase. The result was my arm being stuck in a door that continued to press and push forward. Luckily one of the employees was able to hit the emergency stop button. The room was dark and dingy, and faced to the back of the hotel, where I had a lovely view of the AC vents. We were supposed to have 2 Queen beds, but it ended up being a King and a pull out couch. I was so tired that I didn't even argue. Check-out is at 12, and yet by 10:30 am, an employee was knocking our door in order to clean the room. As a result, we dead-bolted the door so we could change and wrap up our stay safely. By 11:30, not only did they knock on the door and try to open it, but when they pushed to open the door, the deadbolt FLEW off. This means that the Radisson Blu is either hiring defensive linemen to clean their rooms, or their dead bolts are purely cosmetic. Overall, the price was great, but the stay was not.

Uma excelente opção de hotel, próximo ao aeroporto de Lisboa. Conta com um bom restaurante e excelente café da manhã. Fui alocado com a família em um quarto com odor de cigarro, pedimos a troca e fomos prontamente atendidos. Funcionários simpáticos e cortezes. Quarto de bom tamanho, camas confortáveis. Por ser perto ao aeroporto e uma avenida, possui ótimo isolamento acústico. Banheiro agradável, com amenidades e toalhas suficientes, além de bidê, que faz diferença para quem se acostumou a ter duchinha no Brazil. Água aquecida nas torneiras também é bem vinda no inverno. Conta com estacionamento, mas há custo por dia, embora valha a pena.

La entrada fue rápida La habitaciónprovista de agua, infusiones, café... etc por cortesía así que si no quieres no has de tocar nada de la nevera El baño muy muy completo La habitaciónmuy limpia Los trabajadores de 10, amables y simpáticos todos sin excepción Lo recomiendoesta cerca de metro y bus y aunque está cerca del aeropuerto, los aviones no se oyen para nada. Quizás por poner un "pero"... pondría algo más de luz en el baño, pero la suavidad de las sábanas y las toallas lo compensa

Our room needed updating and freshening up. The iron fell apart on use. I reported this but nothing was done.One of the chairs was broken. There was a nasty toilet brush that may be as old as the hotel. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room. There is poor noise insulation and one hears almost constant banging doors and noise from other rooms. Water and coffee wasn’t replaced daily. On a positive side, the beds are comfortable.There were long queues for breakfast on 2 of the days. I think it’s pushing it to call this a four star hotel. It’s close to the airport and well outside of the city centre, with a short walk to the metro.

I am writing this review from my bed at the Radisson Blue in Lisbon. Where do i start?Arrived at reception and my booking could not be found .Check-in took 40min. Once in our bedroom the room was spacious and clean. In the bathroom there was no soap and the bin was not emptied from previous guest. The kettle and lamp by TV unit does not work. I used another plug point and got the lamp to work. I informed reception that kettle does not work and asked them to replace it. This was 8am on our first morning. By 2pm I noticed that the kettle was still not working and reported it again to the lady that stocks the bar fridge. Last night i actually took the kettle to the reception and asked for a replacement. They could not help me. The next morning we phoned reception and asked again for a new kettle. A lady arrived at the door with no kettle. We phoned reception again and asked for another kettle. Finally the lady arrives with a kettle.The only positive was that the food was good and restaurant staff was friendly. Maybe i expect too much from a 4 star hotel in Portugal. I expect that 4 star has a higher standard, in the rest of the world In Portugal it's probably just one step up from the Roach Hotel. The furniture is getting old and dated and many of the armrest on the chairs are wobbly and one screw is hanging on for it's life. Unfortunately I can not recommend the Radisson Blue Lisbon. Go 5 star and don't look back
