“Nice hotel with friendly staff and very convenient location near the airport. Good size of the rooms. Clean and comfortable. Great people working at breakfast time. We stayed for few days and because of the short staffed situation they are trying to give the guests the best experience. Recommended.”

“This hotel does not meet the standards of Springhill Suites. After having left the previous airport hotel because it was disgusting, we headed to Springhill with higher hopes. The front desk person was very nice and helpful, and we were expecting better at the start. Once we got into the room, we were disappointed. The bed was changed and clean, but the bathroom sink and tub looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned at all. The sink was backing up, so that is probably why it appeared dirty. We skipped the shower though. Yuck! It’s frustrating not to be able to count on Marriott when you’re at the airport with a cancelled flight and need a clean reliable place to stay. As Titanium Bonvoy members we expect this from Marriott. Very disappointed.”
