Adoramos ficar no Park Lane Hotel. Saímos de lá com saudade e queremos retornar em breve. Recomendamos muito este Hotel, desde a excelente localização em frente ao Central Park até as confortáveis e elegantes acomodações. Ficamos no 28º andar, com uma vista belíssima para o Central Park!Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os que trabalham no Hotel, com destaque para um Senhor que nos auxiliou com as malas no momento da nossa saída. Infelizmente não registramos o seu nome, mas quero registrar aqui a sua gentileza no momento de nossa saída, ao meio-dia da terça-feira, 7 de fevereiro de 2017, nos auxiliando com a nossa bagagem do Hotel para o taxi. Ele foi atenciosíssimo conosco, pois minha neta ( 6 anos) ficou fortemente emocionada, chorando, por não querer ir embora do hotel. Este Senhor, foi buscar um presente para ela e trouxe um belo ursinho lilás com a inscrição I💜NY de cor lilás e disse para ela que sempre que ela quiser voltar, ela terá o Hotel à sua espera. Ela disse na hora que queria que fosse no mesmo quarto e no mesmo andar. Realmente, ela também gostou muito de lá e todas essas gentilezas nos cativam mais ainda! Quero registrar também a simpática e eficiente camareira de nosso quarto que tem o nome Tripti. Ela foi muito gentil e atenciosa! O Hotel tem uma excelente equipe que aumenta mais ainda a nossa satisfação em sermos seus hóspedes! Pela qualidade dos serviços, localização, acomodações, beleza da decoração, eficiência e simpatia de todos os que tivemos contato, recomendamos este maravilhoso Park Lane Hotel! Apesar da vista deslumbrante para o parque e do quarto gigante(50m2) é tudo muito decadente nesse hotel!! O quarto gigante tem uma geladeira vazia e só, você quer uma chaleira tem que pedir. Carpete velho papel de parede velho , banheiro cheirando a mofo! Não tem serviço de quarto 24 horas e para um café preto , só depois das 6:30. A concierge do hotel indicou algumas coisas mas não reserva nada, ela passa o número pra você reservar!! No primeiro dia ficamos 10 min pra pegar elevador! O café da manhã tem uma fila gigante e o buffet é horrível, não da vontade de comer nada. Ovo nojento, frutas verdes,,,, um prédio desse nesse lugar , merecia muito mais carinho!!!!

Excelente hotel. Quarto espaçoso, confortável, com muito espaço nos armários. O frigobar fica vazio. Há diversas opções para comer por perto, bem como mercadinhos pra comprar algo rápido pra comer. A vista do Central Park é linda. O atendimento foi excelente. E se chover, há guarda-chuvas na recepção. O que não gostei foi do restaurante / bar. Se fosse um lugar com melhor atendimento até mesmo a cotação do hotel subiria.

Decadente. Ótima localização, vista muito bacana do Central Park (acima do 20o. andar) e só. No ápice do verão (julho), o quarto disponilibilizado não tinha refrigeração. O ar-condicionado não funcionou durante a semana em que ficamos hospedados. Na terceira ou quarta reclamação, o hotel reconheceu que o problema estava acontecendo em vários andares e, como “solução”, colocaram um circulador de ar no quarto (pra circular ar quente). Serviço de arrumação e limpeza dos quartos bem ruins também. Existem opções melhores na região. Hotel antigo, precisando de uma reforma urgente.

A vista nem preciso dizer: ESPETACULAR! No café da manha tire a classica foto na janela de frente ao Central Park. No café vale pagar um extra pelos waffles que são crocantes! Fora isso o hotel faz de tudo para q o hóspede se sinta confortável. O hotel está meio velinho mas continua sendo top!

Excelente atención y muy buena ubicación

I decided to make a quick trip to New York with my family and my husband this weekend, only for two nights. After reading the reviews of this location, I selected the Park lane hotel as my place of stay, because they all were 5 stars experiences. I saw the pictures and I loved it. Well.. I just got to my room and my experience so far is not good. First, I requested a Central Park view, and there was no room available. I said fine, maybe next time. You can see for yourself on the pictures I am about to post as I walked to my room. The rooms and hallways are dark, like really old looking. Dark Stains all over the place.. on the carpet, on the curtains, on the walls; nails on one of the chairs in the room. And a demolished building as your view on the opposite side of the building. This is not good at all for 147 dollars a night hotel. Very disappointed. Completely horrible

Lovely hotel. Was so welcoming to my young son for a special mommy trip and very accommodating. Service was top notch which I didn’t expect given our current state of staffing shortages everywhere and based on experiences elsewhere. Rooms were very quiet and impeccably clean. There is also a great cafe just steps outside the back door which was a nice bonus.

First time at the Park Lane Hotel and will not be the last. An upscale hotel doing just about everything on-point. Check in and check out was smooth. Everyone my family and I encountered was super friendly and professional. In fact, all the bellmen/front desk/ staff were genuinely nice. We stayed in a Panaramic Park view room and all i can say is, Wow! Gorgeous accommodation with a spectacular views of Central Park. My family and I, including our two children, would 100% stay here again.

This was one of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. We were celebrating our ten year anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary trip was a wonderful one. We had an amazing view of Central Park on a high floor that left us literally sitting in front of the window gazing and enjoying the beauty of the park. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially those celebrating a special occasion. The staff was excellent, the amenities were excellent, and the rooftop restaurant (Darling) had amazing views of Central Park. It was a really magical stay for us.

Front rooms with a spectacular view! No other option is worth it to book the hotel. The other rooms are nice but really too expensive without the breathtaking Central Park view. Very fresh and modern cosy look. Some rooms have very, very small closets and bathrooms. ...🤨. The rooftop bar/restaurant is stylish but with quite too noisy hip music... talk with your friends while you are sipping the good cocktails is difficult. The wonderful view is only visible for tall or non sitting persons. So, if you reserve a table because of the view....take a bar table outside. Breakfast is not yet good enough for the price (50$pp plus tax plus tip)...and while sitting at a table, you have no view because the windows are to high...All employees are very friendly! Special thanks to the wonderful Lady serving breakfast at the rooftop and to deep-voice-Dillon from the bar team at the ground floor 😉! ADA Rooms are good, but the entrance door is really, really heavy to open. Once, when you are inside, there is an automatic door to the bathroom. Why not add that helper for the front door?

Absolutely Amazing Time staying at the Park Lane Hotel.We loved everything about it.Location, Cleanliness, and stunning views of central park and the city.The rooftop breakfast for only staying guests was the highlight of our trip.So amazing.We will return soon !!

Great place right at the park. I loved my king suite with park view, but wished the hotel equipped all suites with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. There was a kitchen counter with a sink so these amenities would have fit well. Considering the price per night, these are basic amenities that would make the stay more comfortable especially for families. I’ve stayed at other hotel suites in Manhattan and these were provided for. The front desk and door men were friendly and helpful.

A localização é excelente e a suíte com vista para o Central Park é tudo de bom! Café da manhã ótimo. Happy hour muito movimentado, mesas insuficientes. A acomodação de nível superior é confortável e limpa. Recomendo o custo benefício.

Hotel estilo clássico, bonito, antigo, mas tudo muito confortável e limpo. Extremamente bem localizado (59 St quase 5a Avenida), de frente para o sul do Central Park, perto do MET, Museu de História Natural, Tavern Green, Times Square, metrô, Columbus Circle, etc, etc. Equipe de funcionários do hotel é muito atenciosa! O café da manhã não estava incluído na diária, mas era gostoso, bem completo e com linda vista para o park - aprovamos! Ficamos em um quarto muito amplo com vista espetacular para o Park e para o centro norte de Manhattan. Pagamos taxa extra por isso, mas eles sabiam que estávamos em NY para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento e fomos surpreendidos com uma boa garrafa de vinho, queijos e frutas. O quarto possuía TV plana/ampla, secador de cabelo, cofre, frigobar, muito bom sistema de aquecimento e wifi (free) funcionando bem em todo hotel. Como a maioria dos hoteis deste padrão em NY, é cobrada também uma taxa extra de resort. O custo total x benefício foi bem favorável, adoramos e voltaremos!

El peor hotel que he visitado. Teníamos 2 habitaciones y por no ocupar 1 durante 1 noche nos hicieron el check out automaticamente sin siquiera avisar y luego no quisieron darnos otra, pero de igual forma nos cobraron la anterior por todos los días. El servicio a la habitación pésimo, había días que lo solicitábamos y no iba nadie. Para peor cuando te vas te hacen cargos de 40 usd diarios sobre el precio original. NO RESERVEN AQUI! ES SOLO BUENA UBICACION!!

Hotel terrible, lo único favorable es su ubicación. Pésimo servicio del personal de admisión, cobran impuestos hasta por si acaso, no realizan el servicio de limpieza a la habitacion todos los dias, practicamente habia que estar rogando para que lo realizaran. Además se escuchaban ruidos constantes desde muy temprano lo que molestaba bastante para el descanso. Las habitaciones cuentan con lo básico, no tienen elementos que harian mas agradable la estadia tales como hervidor. Jamás volveria aqui.

Fui como corredor del Maratón de Nueva York, y tengo qeu agradecer la recomendación: Espectacular ubicación, no pierdas la oportunidad de disfrutar de una habitación con Vistas a Central Park. El desayuno ...fuera de serie: todo rico y bueno! Sin dudar repito es un hotel EXCELENTE. He vivido un Nueva York flipante desde este hotel. Recomendado.

muy buen Hotel, de gran calidad, perfecta ubicacion frente a Central Park. Todo cerca caminando. Totalmente recomendable. No da desayuno. El restaurant con poca variedad, pero muy bien atendido. Las personas son muy serviciales y acogedoras.

Excelente ubicación frente a Central Park, se llega caminando a muchos puntos turísticos. Las habitaciones bastante aceptables y el servicio muy amable. No me parece que sea muy costoso dada la ubicación y los servicios.

Buen hotel, extraordinaria ubicación, excelente atención en recepción, botones y cafetería.Vistas inolvidables, a 50 metros de estación del metro, a un costado de grandes restaurantes.Negativo el hotel fee, el servicio que se ofrece de canapés es de 5 a 7 pm, es complejo estar en el hotel en ese horario, solo lo utilizamos una noche y las instalaciones son insuficientes para la cantidad de gente que acude.Debes esperar más de 20 minutos para poderte sentar. El desayuno es muy caro para lo que ofrecen, no recomiendo hacerlo ahí .El ruido de la calle es muy intenso, ya que hay obra muy cerca y continúa durante toda la noche.

Pésima!! Al comienzo te maravilla la vista del piso 34 y La amplitud del dormitorio....después empezas a descubrir el deplorable estado de todo black out roto suciedad por todos lados. Te limpian? la habitación pero te dejan vasos sucios heladera vacía y cero agua. Atencion??? No hay!! Me mandaron paquetes y toda mi estadía luchando para q me los envíen!! El desayuno en el dormitorio lo traían fuera del horario pedido y traían cualquier cosa menos las pedidas Conclusión un asco!!!!! Fue un muy buen hotel pero eso fue en el siglo pasado!! Una pena! Raspando las 3 estrellas!!
