“Me gustó mucho el hotel es muy tranquilo las albercas son muy limpias así como todo el hotel y las habitaciones aparte el hotel está muy céntrico sobre la zona hotelera ,si que vuelvo pronto mi querido Cancún , saludos.”

“Creo puede mejorar solo con el servicio y más compromiso del Gerente y la chica de cabello largo ondulado, que tienen un trato al clientemalísimo, no saludan, contestan mal y no hay interés por trabajarpor el hotel que es bonito,todo lo que se pedía eraun problema para ellos, es una pena porque incluso los problemas de mantenimiento eran fáciles, falta de controlde reservas y hacen esperar horas el check inn sin necesidad. El baño tuvo olor a caño siempre, las camas duras e incómodas. Gracias al jóven maletero de Ciudad del Carmen que fué muy atento. Ojalá mejore su servicio”
