“Check-in staff was rude, the hotel is loud, and you can hear lots of noise coming from the hall, the air conditioner ran excessively, not matching temp set at the thermostat, there was dumpster trash pick up at 4:50 AM in the morning, which is incredibly inconsiderate for guest sleeping. This property is ok, but there are better options.$12 parking for a Springhill Suites is ridiculous!”

“Overall, I work say this was not a bad hotel or experience but there was definitely some issues. First off, the staff were great and everyone was super friendly.
I know covid has messed with alot of things but this hotel shows they have continental breakfast but when you are there you get a choice of five things and nothing more. It was the most poor breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. They only do the buffet on busy days and the weekend. They don't tell you this before hand. The food was also not well made. There is a Starbucks here but it is not operational. Per the listing the rooms were recently updated but it looks like they are well used. One of our rooms had a nice large lovely "human" stain on the couch. Some of the doors were peeling and there was some nicks in the walls. Also, be careful when you use the luggage carts... Both are broken.”
