Simpatia sim, mas muita falta de informação.
No nosso quarto faltava sempre o telefone, Wi-Fi e televisão, onde tínhamos sempre que nos dirigir a recepção pedir para arranjar.
Uma consulta no posto médico, por uma dor de garganta ou de cabeça, 90€ um preço absurdo visto que em Portugal uma urgência são 25€.
Lembranças no hotel, outro preço absurdo!
Sinceramente, estou muito desiludida com a estadia no melia dunas!
Já para não falar do buffet repetitivo e o facto de o minibar ser a pagar, coisa que já fui para outros resorts e era de graça, visto que é tudo incluído!
Se querem comprar alguma coisa, dirijam se a ilha de Santa Maria encontram preços bem mais agradáveis.”
