“My partner proposed to me in this hotel and we had the most wonderful time! My partner and I stayed in the Porta Rossa hotel for 2 nights in room 107. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were struck by how beautiful the hotel is. It even smells incredible. The hotel staff were so kind and accommodating, offering to help my partner with the engagement and leaving us little treats in our room. Our room - 107 - is stunning, the main feature is the beautifully painted ceiling, it felt very romantic. I am gluten free and I was incredibly pleased to find that the hotel offers gluten free alternatives at breakfast. Lovely bread, porridge, crackers and cakes. They were all delicious! Our trip was a very important one for my partner and I and the Porta Rossa made it even more so. We’re so grateful to have stayed in the hotel and thank all the staff for their help and kindness. We will definitely be visiting again.”
