Overall, the experience was ok. When I checked in to my room, there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom vanity. I only had 3 towels, no washcloths or hand towels. There was only one garbage in the bathroom. Breakfast did not have a lot of options. Parking was horrendous. It took me about 30 minutes to find a spot in the shared parking lot. Plus side was the wine in the lobby and the bed was comfortable

The hotel is very clean, the price is great and the location is perfect. The breakfast is also very good but i have not been able to try it because the hours of operation are very short. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a business trip or if you just need somewhere to sleep. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR KIDS.

This hotel was not what I thought it would be. First, I will start with the complimentary breakfast. The food service was not great. The food was not warm and very limited. Also, the food staff had not completed and placed it on the buffet. We had told them we wanted bowls for the cereal they told us they had none and should use regular cups. I am unsure of what hotel would say that. Also, the coffee was old from the day befores breakfast and the other “hot” water was cold. Leaving the breakfast issue, now going on to the room. Right as I walked into my room, the room gave off a carpet smell. Then I decided to go into the bathroom and we had a used toilet paper roll in the bathroom and the shower had hair which meant it was clearly not cleaned. Moreover, the beds were advertised as Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattresses, more like a brick mattress. I have memory foam at my own house and I have never had a backache like that in my life. We had requested a room for six people and a kitchen. The room was for four people, it had four plates, four cups, four of everything. The trash had one bag for a 3 night stay. No dishwashing soap, no wipes, no extra toilet paper, and no extra paper towels. I had requested from the staff three times and I double checked more than once on them to clean our room and guess what. They did not clean my room. When I came back from being out that day expecting for my room to be cleaned with clean towels, clean toilet paper not used. New paper towels and a new trash bag. I came in to find my room the way I had left it. When I went down and spoke to them they had told me you are checking out soon we cannot clean your room. After they had informed me that they will clean my room and I was not checking out then and not close to checking out either. It was on my second night of the stay. Keep in mind the bathrooms have no vents either. This hotel should not be getting the rep of a Marriott hotel. It is absolutely disgusting and not what I thought it was and the comments are not true and are fake. Also, there is no designated parking for the hotel and you have to park in the restaurants parkings of international drive. Thank you and please take my comment into account and do not book this hotel. Lastly, I have written a formal complaint to the corporate company in Atlanta, GA. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

Antes mesmo de chegar ao hotel tive uma experiência incrível com o Azura. Ela é uma recepcionista e sua vivacidade traz muita positividade. Falamos por telefone uma semana antes da minha chegada e ela me ajudou com a mudança de quarto e check-in antecipado. Assim que minha festa chegou, tivemos o prazer de finalmente nos encontrarmos pessoalmente e sua energia só melhorou a partir daí. Definitivamente a nossa primeira experiência no Element Hotel e com certeza estaremos de volta. O quarto é espaçoso, tínhamos uma suíte King Studio que incluía, refrigerador completo, fogão, espaço de armário, box amplo. Belo quarto e uma atmosfera ainda melhor.

Tempo excelente neste hotel, muito novo e limpo (apesar de problemas de limpeza covid). Apreciamos o buffet, a confortável sala de jantar, a sala de estar muito moderna como todos os espaços. Great time in this hotel, very new and clean (in spite of covid cleaners problems). We did appréciate the buffet, the confortable dining room, the living hall was very modern as every space. The reception people were very nice as the breakfeast people . The outside swimming pool was clean and the temperature of the water was good too. A great place, with a big exercice room. The view from our bedroom was beautiful and panoramic. I hope to come back asap. I did visit a lot of upper classes hotel... But this one was very very good and we could have a lot of restaurants and attractionsvery close... and could walk easily.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I am Highly disappointed I usually stay in at a resort, however wanted to be closer to International this go round for the theme parks. First things first I was double charged for whatever reason for my stay which was over $700 for a 2 night stay. Which is a huge inconvenience now I’m waiting 5 business days for MY funds to be accessible. The clerk had more than a thousand excuses why; I was denied a receipt, Sarah and her body guard who thought he was intimidating me by having a eye stare down while I waited to be assisted by Sarah. The so called $50 hold is a fluke unless they go by the color of your skin. The parking is pathetic you’llhave to wait almost 30 mins for parking and have to worry about your car that’s in a parking garage accessible to anyone. I’m actually typing this review at 3:44 am, I thought it was a passerby car blasting obnoxious music but it’s actually a club or bar. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AT ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENTTO HAVE A great PEACE OF MIND. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. God bless.

Before even getting to the hotel I had an awesome experience with Azura. She is a front desk agent and her liveliness just brings so much positivity. We spoke over the phone a week prior to my arrival and she assisted me with a room change and early check in. Once my party arrived we had the pleasure of finally meeting in person and her energy only got better from there. Definitely our first experience at the Element Hotel and will definitely be back. The room is spacious we had a King Studio Suite which included, full fridge, stove top , cabinet space, walk in shower. Beautiful room and even better atmosphere.

I strongly recommend against staying here for anyone doing temporary living. The suites face the icon park parking lot where you have this cafe that will blast music from Thursday to Sunday. They are usually the loudest around 4-5am and again from 7am to 10am. The hotel itself is decent. The staff is great and weekday amenities 6-7pm are quite nice.

Very clean and modern hotel. Had no issues with checking in. The staff were able to answer all our questions. The room was the cutest studio-esque room. I've never been in a hotel with a full size fridge, stove, and supplies to cook. We only stayed for one night but I'm sure the accommodations are amazing for people who are staying much longer. I do have one complaint. I guess because the hotel is located on the same lot as ICON Park, I kept hearing music. I'm not a light sleeper or heavy sleeper. I was able to get a good night's rest but be aware if you stay here and the area is too noisy for you to get some sleep.

All I can say is STAY HERE! It may be in the heart of the tourist area but you'll feel like you're in a trendy neighborhood of a big city as you enter this fine establishment. Lots of of amenities and a superb facility are accompanied by a professional staff.

Hotel muy bien ubicado al lado de restaurantes e ICON PARK, puedes ir a pie. Habitaciones nuevas , equipadas, camas excelentes, aire no se escucha nada. Me quede en el piso 7 y super silencioso.El estacionamiento es compartido entre el parque, el hotel y los restaurantes.Son 3 sectores gratuitos para estacionarlos viernes y sábado cuesta un poco. El desayuno es normal, frio y caliente. Necesitan supervisar esa área ya que no hay mucho orden, no limpian las mesas, el café salpicado y faltan utensilios de servir. Considero que hace falta algo mas de petsonal.La limpieza de las habitaciones es bajo solicitud sino no lo hacen. El gym es fantástico. Gracias

Loved Staying at this Hotel. Mahogany was a great help, and Saved me and my husband in a pinch! The king size room is amazing. You have the shampoo and conditioner on the wall of the shower instead of those dumb bottles. And I love how it's pet friendly. The breakfeast is great too!

Lobby was very clean front desk clerk was very nice and attentive to what our needs was room very clean just a little small for a king room but if you are a bathtub person you won't like it because it a stand up shower in the rooms so not to kid friendly for parents who have kids to give baths too but all in all its a very nice hotel

The hotel is nice. Staff is great. But if you want to rest, this is not the place. The partying goes on all night at the area clubs. There are cars that are loud and racing outside. In the morning.. the clubs start blaring loud music again for brunch. I stayed at an element in California and my room was twice the size of the cramped one in Orlando

Would of enjoyed my stay if I didn't have to search around for an hour for parking. Hotel provides no parking. Would be a better stay if you have no car. The hotel is right in the middle of the busiest tourist district in florida.

Very clean, modern resort. Great location to have a night out on icon park. Also not too bad of a price for last minute during spring break on Saturday night. Parking is free but it is shared with icon. So alittle bit of hassle when busy but hotel has good pull in to unload and then park.

Esteve aqui a trabalho durante 3 semanas. O ginásio é bom. Eles têm edredons de qualidade. A pressão da água era boa. A limpeza faz um trabalho "OK". O café da manhã era fraco --- talvez devido à pandemia. Há uma cozinha compacta. Eu tinha um garfo e 0 potes, mas eu tinha um lindo conjunto de copos para colocar minhas sobras. Was here for work over 3 weeks. The gym is nice. They have quality comforters. The water pressure was nice. Housekeeping does an "OK" job. The breakfast was weak---maybe due to the pandemic. There is a kitchenette. I had one fork and 0 pots but I DID have a lovely set of glassware to put my leftovers in. I had to buy a spatula b/c the ones they provided melted under the slightest heat.

Antes de llegar tuve un poco de miedo por que me puse a ver los bad reviews (una estrella) y esperaba lo peor del hotel. incluso pensamos en cancelar pero nos arriesgamos y esta fue nuestra experiencia desde el día 1 al día 7. El cuarto estuvo perfecto. la limpieza tanto del cuarto como las áreas comunes, perfecta. El servicio al cliente fue perfecto. La localización fue perfecta puesto que queda en un lugar muy céntrico donde tienes mucha variedad de restaurantes y atracciones. Aparte estas a 7 minutos del parque universal, a 18 minutos de Disney y a como 10 minutos de walmart. Si no eres de salir mucho a comer fuera. tienes en el cuarto todo lo que necesitas, estufa, dishwasher, microondas, utensilios, olla para cocinar, tostador, platos, nevera. Vas haces una compra y cocinas en el cuarto. Protocolo de seguridad anti covid 19 le doy un 80%. Habían varios dispenser de sanitaiser vacíos. En conclusión. 100% recomendado tanto así que tengo otro viaje dentro de 2 meses y hasta el momento voy a reservar nuevamente en este hotel.

Very clean, modern hotel. My wife and I were very comfortable in the rooms. The kitchenette has everything you need. Pool was great. Location is awesome. The staff were courteous and professional. Even with Covid-19 the hotel was able to provide a nice "bagged" breakfast. Definitely will stay here again!

But,if you want some quiet and solitude, our stay seemed empty of other customers.Also, the 2 x Front desk women who helped me at checkin and next day were phenomenal. I applaud the staff as they were very nice and helpful

First, Samuel was great! He was always working so hard. He was the only one at the desk when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready and he was very apologetic. When we returned to check in later, no one was at the desk for about 5 minutes. Then poor Samuel came running around the corner apologizing because he had to go help someone who had gotten locked out. We got to our room and realized there were only 3 towels but we had 5 in our party. I went back to the counter where poor Samuel was folding the towels himself. The room was clean and nice. It slept 5 comfortably. There were no linens for the pullout bed but Samuel helped us with that also. The blackout curtains were great. The shower was great also. The parts Samuel couldn’t control: We stayed 3 nights and we did not get fresh towels and wash clothes until we took our own dirty towels downstairs to the front desk and asked for clean ones each day. Also, the trash was never taken out so we had to take it to the trash can in the hall. Everyone was doing that so the trash cans were always overflowing. It seems like it would make more sense for them to just pick up the trash from each room daily. The daily breakfast was very limited. We did not have a coffee maker in our room. The pool closed at 10, and there was no real reason that it couldn’t stay open later, especially on New Years Eve. Overall the location was good, but the daily hassle of getting trash and towels taken care of was a pain. I am certain they are short handed, but they shouldn’t book rooms if they do not have the staff to manage them. I would not stay at this hotel again, and would think twice about any Marriott affiliated hotel that would allow an employee like Samuel to have to deal with so much alone. On a couple of other occasions there were two females at the front counter, so why was Samuel alone?

Stayed in a kind studio room. Absolutely loved it. The hotel is brand new and I absolutely love the decor. Due to Covid the breakfast area was closed but talking to the staff they described the breakfast to really good with fixed staples like cereal, yogurt, pastries and a rotating menu prepaid freshly by a chef (e.i waffles or avocado toast) parking is ample because you can park either in the lot adjacent to the hotel or in the multi-story parking structure in the plaza as well. Highly recommend checking it out!
