Tive uma experiência muito ruim. Vou ficar aqui (quarto 513) para a quarentena. Não é nem perto de um hotel 5 estrelas. Um hotel médio, todo o mobiliário interior é muito antigo e alguns estão quebrados. A cama é muito pequena e parece ter mais de 5 anos. A cama e o travesseiro não são confortáveis para dormir. A Internet é muito lenta, e eles querem fazer manutenção por 6 horas durante a minha estadia. Como você pode ficar em uma sala de quarentena sem internet? O governo deve reavaliar a classificação de 5 estrelas para este hotel. Pedi à recepção para me conectar com o gerente e ninguém apareceu. Nunca fique aqui. Seu tempo será horrível. Eu nunca ficaria ou recomendaria este hotel a ninguém.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia. Me quedo aquí (habitación 513) por cuarentena. No está ni cerca de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Un hotel promedio, todo el mobiliario interior es muy antiguo y algunos están rotos. La cama es demasiado pequeña y parece tener más de 5 años. La cama y la almohada no son cómodas para dormir. Internet es muy lento y quieren hacer mantenimiento durante 6 horas durante mi estadía. ¿Cómo puedes quedarte en una habitación de cuarentena sin Internet? El gobierno debería reevaluar la calificación de 5 estrellas para este hotel. Le pedí a la recepción que me conectara con su gerente y nadie apareció. Nunca te quedes aquí. Tu tiempo será horrible. Nunca me alojaría ni recomendaría este hotel a nadie.

I had a very bad experience. I am staying here (room 513) for quarantine. It’s not anywhere near a 5-star hotel. An average hotel, all the interior furniture is very old and some of it is broken. The bed is too small in length and looks more than 5 years old. The bed and pillow are not comfortable for sleeping. The Internet is very slow, and they want to do maintenance for 6 hours during my stay.How can you stay in a quarantine room without the internet? The government should re-evaluate the 5-star rating for this hotel. I have asked the reception to connect me with their manager and no one has shown up. Never stay here. Your time will be horrible. I would never ever stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is a very nice one with friendly staff. The room cleaning services were excellent. I was lucky to stay on the 10th floor and to have Masud Sarker take care of my room. Quedarse aquí para completar la cuarentena del hotel después de su llegada desde el extranjero. Buena ubicación y habitaciones. Sin embargo, la comida que se ofrece en el paquete de cuarentena no es buena en comparación con otros hoteles de la ciudad. Las opciones son limitadas, la calidad es deficiente (principalmente curry picante con arroz duro) y la dieta no es muy equilibrada (rica en carbohidratos / arroz / pan) sin opciones de sopa, ensalada, fruta o lácteos en cada comida. Si se trabaja en esto, será una gran elección.

Fiquei neste hotel por mais de um mês e diria que foi ótimo, o serviço é espetacular. Muito obrigado a Masud Sarker que cuidava do meu quarto todos os dias. Foi um prazer voltar de um longo dia de trabalho para o seu quarto limpo. Não precisei pensar em limpá-lo, apenas no meu próprio trabalho.

Ficar aqui para completar a quarentena do hotel após a chegada do exterior. Boa localização e quartos. No entanto, a comida oferecida no pacote de quarentena não é boa em comparação com outros hotéis na cidade. As opções são limitadas, a qualidade é inferior (principalmente curries picantes com arroz duro) e dieta não é muito balanceada (pesado em carboidratos / arroz / pão) sem opções de sopa, salada, frutas ou laticínios em cada refeição. Se isso funcionar, será uma ótima escolha.

A estadia e a noite foram agradáveis check-in tarde e tudo parecia bem. Foi mencionado que há um buffet de pequeno-almoço gratuito, almoço e jantar. I stayed in this hotel for more than a month and would I say it was great, service is spectacular. Big thanks to Masud Sarker who was taking care of my room everyday, it was a pleasure to come back from a long working day to your cleaned room. Staying here to complete hotel quarantine after arrival from overseas. Good location and rooms. However food offered on quarantine package is not good compared to other hotels in city. Choices are limited, quality is substandard (mostly spicy curries with hard rice) and diet is not very balanced (Heavy on carbs/rice/bread) without options for soup, salad, fruit or dairy with each meal. If this is worked on, this will be a great choice.

The stay and the night was nice checked in late and everything seemed well. It was mentioned that there is a free breakfast buffet lunch and dinner. However there was a little issue where there was a misunderstanding relating to the buffet breakfast/ lunch however the manager came and rectified the situation and handled it perfect 5 stars will definitely come back again.

Great hotel. Great staff. Great food service. Great hospitality. They have everything you need. Definitely worth the price you're paying for. I did my 2 days hotel Quarantine here and it went amazing. Lovely spacious room. Perfect for a solo, business or a couple stay. You have all your amenities in the room. Heated water, fridge, TV, great speed WiFi, kettle, etc. Food is always served on time. I liked the fact that the room comes with an ethernet cable if required by occupants. Would definitely recommend for hotel quarantine or a weekend stay. The view from my window wasn't that good, but that's alright.

I stayee there as my quarantine hotel while entering qatar. I heard from my colleagues, that quarantine hotels meals were not good. But i found out by staying this hotel, the meals they provide for quarantined people, were amazing. They give side dishes with a main meals. Taste and quantity were superb. The staff were friendly and supportive. The electric kettle was malfunction and they quickly replaced it with a good one. I strongly recommend this hotel as your quarantine hotel and for other needs

This is my second time in this hotel. First is on 7 days quarantine which I think is one of the best for quarantine hotel in Doha that is why I decided to come back as a normal guest. Second is this 16-18 September, Lobby is excellent. The room was also excellent for its size and amenities. The let down is the available cup was paper disposables. The window glasses are so filthy that you cannot enjoy the pool view, so does the restaurant's (circles restaurant) window glasses. Gym and Spa is above average. I enjoyed the sauna and the small pool inside.Mr. Ossama gave me a stressful check in. I forgot the hard copy of my booking which is booked by Qatar Airways Holidays so Mr. Ossama insisted that I have to present the hard copy which he said contains the voucher so that he can receive the payment for my stay. So I tried to find it on my Phone via email but could not retrieve it. I booked a lot of hotels but this is the first time that I was demanded a copy of the booking, Everytime it was ALL in the computer and just say your name and ALL details was there. Mr. Ossama have to call his manager just to let me through. If I go again in this hotel, definitely would not line up on Mr. Ossama's desk and will surely bring my copy of the booking. Will I come back or recommend it to my friends? Definitely Yes. Just bring that damn copy of your booking.

De cada. Eu realmente espero que o serviço de quarto melhore e, essencialmente, dê a esses funcionários rudes um treinamento extra sobre como tratar o hóspede.

Buena ubicación, buena habitación de hotel y buena comida pero servicio de habitaciones extremadamente grosero, el personal no trata bien al huésped y se comporta como un hotel de 2 estrellas, olvídate de los artículos esenciales para el baño, consigue tus propias cosas, si preguntas a recepción te enviarán una de cada. Realmente espero que el servicio a la habitación mejore y, en esencia, que el personal de servicio grosero reciba capacitación adicional sobre cómo tratar al huésped.

Good location, good hotel room and good food but extremely rude room service, the personal do not treat the guest well and behave like some 2 star hotel, forget about getting bath essentials, get your own stuff , if you ask reception they will send one of each. I really hope the room service improves and essentially get those rude service personal some extra training on how to treat the guest.
