We’ve been here in Cancun for over 3 weeks and 4 different hotels. But this one tops all, we spent 6 days in this amazing place. We’re not sure on why it’s a 3 star hotel, it has beautiful luxurious rooms, kind customer service, heated pool, and breakfast. 10/10

À primeira vista ótimo. Vale o dinheiro para passar rápido. Melhor ter seu próprio carro embora. Os táxis são mais caros para chegar aqui, pois não é conveniente para o centro da cidade. Definitivamente interessante no quarto. Boa quantidade de espaço e uma cozinha completa. Mas um quarto que acomoda 8 recebeu apenas 2 toalhas. Depois de usá-los, absolutamente nenhum gancho para secar. 1/2 banheiros não tinham cortina de chuveiro. A equipe é agradável e fácil de interagir, mas um pouco preguiçosa. Os quartos são bastante limpos. Todos em todos os orçamentos estadia curta razoável, mas não incrível por qualquer meio.

Cuando llegué me dieron un cuarto sucio y eso que tenía reservación, la chica del lobby con trabajos y se disculpó, y para acabarla no hay room service y solo hay 3 opciones de restaurantes con delivery al hotel porque las plataformas de envío no tienen cobertura en su zona. Fuera de esas problemáticas el hotel y los cuartos están bien, cuando te entregan uno no usado si está limpio y bonito. Les falta hacer restock en su tienda ya que no tienen mucho como promocionan.

At first glance great. Worth the money to pass through quick. Better to have your own car though. Taxis are more expensive to get here as it is not convenient to downtown. Definitely interesting in the room. Good amount of space and a full kitchen. But a room that sleeps 8 was only given 2 towels. Once you use them, absolutely no hooks to dry on. 1/2 bathrooms had no shower curtain. The staff is nice, and easy to interact with, but a little lazy. Rooms are pretty clean though. All in all budget friendly short stay reasonable but not amazing by any means.

Not really a great experience and glad we only stayed one night. Good for a crash landing after a long flight when you need a shower, but not somewhere I would want to spend any real amount of time. Dining is extremely limited, it is out of the way and you're stuck with obnoxious American tourists that needed cheap accomodations. Surprised how run down it felt for being so "new."They cancelled my reservation when our flight was delayed, OK. But we still needed the second night and they wouldn't honor the original rate. Between the cancellation fee and the "new" rate, ended up paying the same as two nights but only stayed one.

At first glance, the hotel is good: it’s fairly new, the rooms are clean and big with a great layout, convenient location to the airport and the rooftop pool is cool. There are little things that are annoying (like the garbage disposal button being next to the light button in the kitchen, cheap hardware that with age won’t fare well and no access to the beach), but those are just part of the budget hotel experience. What caused me to rate it so lowly is the bathroom- it was really subpar. The shower-head had mold on it, and the shower door leaked causing the floor of the bathroom to be inundated (which has clearly been a problem for awhile as the door had water damage). If you need a cheap and convenient place to spend one night or you have a car and plan on driving everywhere, it’s fine. Hopefully they will have fixed the shower situation by the time you check in.

Um bom hotel de passagem. Perto do aeroporto e com pequeno almoço incluído... básico mas cumpre. Na mesma linha da zona hoteleira, mas deve-se aproximar de táxi. Lembre-se que é sempre melhor mudar para o peso mexicano. Seus quartos são espaçosos e a cozinha nos quartos é muito útil para famílias que querem cozinhar ou aquecer alimentos. Me surpreendi com o hotel. Eu recomendo para pessoas que querem ir a parques ou entretenimentos que ocupam o dia todo.

Un buen hotel de paso. Cerca del aeropuerto y con desayuno incluido... básico pero cumple. En la misma línea de la zona hotelera pero uno debe acercarse con taxi. Recuerden que siempre es mejor cambiar a peso mexicano. Sus habitaciones son amplias y la cocina que tienen las habitaciones sirve mucho para familias quedasen cocinar o calentar alimentos. Me sorprendí del hotel. Lo recomiendo para personas que desean ir a parques o entretenimientos que ocupen todo el día.

Os quartos são limpos e grandes, mas havia formigas minúsculas que saíam se houvesse comida. É tranquilo, o que eu gostei. As camas são muito confortáveis. No entanto, NÃO HÁ NADA PARA COMER AQUI. Você tem que pagar viagens caras para ir a qualquer lugar. Localização ruim. Serviço muito lento no bar do terraço da piscina ... Quer dizer, fazemos as coisas rápido na América, mas isso é loucura. Eles precisam resolver os problemas aqui. Rumo ao nosso amanhã com tudo incluído. Meus filhos estão morrendo de fome e não temos para onde ir. Não comer aqueles tacos de bar de 30 minutos com carne como ração do meu cachorro. O lugar é novo e muito limpo. Isso foi um bônus. Se você vai ficar aqui, alugue. Tão cansado de tarifas de táxi. $ 40 RT para sair para nos comer BS. Não há opções de comida aqui. Esteja preparado para usar um táxi em qualquer lugar.

Os quartos são amplos e o hotel é muito bem limpo. Mas as coisas boas param por aí. Poucos funcionários são cordiais. A recepção não responde nem os “bom dia” e “boa noite” passageiros. O café da manhã é ok e a máquina de café está quebrada o que o torna pior. Dependendo da hora em que você chega, estacionar o carro é complicado. Não posso dar mais que 2 estrelas pelo que espera do nome Marriott e do preço.

The only positive about this hotel is that it is a new property and that it has spacious rooms. This hotel partners with JWMarriott for beach access but although I verified this the week before the plans changed at arrival as they were not honoring it during the holidays. This would have been nice to know in advance as we had planned our days. I booked at another beach club and missed our reservation because the shuttle arrived an hour late to pick us up. Breakfast is so unorganized, it’s like prison food! We had to wait for food to be available, cups and silverware to be cleaned, you name it every breakfast item was never in stock. The food menu and the chaos repeated itself every morning of our stay. The food at the pool area I also do not recommend unless you can’t get anything delivered and it’s your only option. Since this hotel is farthest south of the hotel zone you don’t have many restaurants delivering only about 2-3 at this time. The red bus that helps tourist get through the hotel zone also does not come to this hotel meaning more taxi charges and they take advantage. Their cost are more than uber in the states. Housekeeping is terrible! At check in I was told housekeeping would be done only every 3rd day. I needed them to switch housekeeping days since I didn’t want the room cleaned the day before departing. Front desk staff never made this note at check in and after messaging them that day they refused to respond and to my request. Towels was another challenge, they don’t have housekeeping every day so you need to request and hope towels arrive to your room. Washcloths aren’t even a thing for this property. I had to ask them and explain what I needed them for to get some to my room. The last night I requested them before our family showered but no one ever came as the front desk had said.

Rooms are very big and front desk staff are very helpful. Almost all hotels Inhave seen have 2 double beds in the room, but this hotel has 2 queen beds in the room. With sofa set, kitchen and everything, rooms are much bigger than a typical hotel. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because hotel does not have many restaurants delivering food. If you are driving your own car, this hotel is very good.

From the start the meeting at the hotel was met with over 50 people sitting in the lobby waiting for keys. This was at 2:30 and as the hotel is suppose to only be 80% full it made no sence that they did not have rooms ready.Pool was nice and warm however the food was options were three tacos that all tastes as if I were Atataco bell - not a great experience at all.Front desk unhelpful and bellboy tried twice to double the charge on a standard taxi to his own benefit. Hotel is in the middle of no where - no restaunts or busses so unless your having a quick overnight stay before travel I would recommend highly against staying here. Much better and cleaner options in cancun downtown or the hotel zone.P.s stay away from the breakfast, no cleaning protocols, hand sanitizer or gloves. One staff on duty had to grab towels to wipe food off a table to finaly have a seat.

El hotel es muy bonito, muy nuevo, pero queda largo de la zona hotelera, por lo que si no tienes carro rentado tienes que pagar taxis ya que el bus no llega hasta el hotel. El desayuno es muy rico, pero igual todos los días, no hay variedad. El restaurante está ofrece muy poca comida. Por lo demás no hay quejas...

Here's what you need to know. This is a new hotel and it is beautiful inside. We had zero complaints about the staff, who offered excellent service, or the rooms. However, it is in an out-of-the-way location. If you have a car or don't have a problem taking a bit of a taxi ride, no problem. Just know that you won't be able to find somewhere to eat within walking distance and none of the food delivery services service this hotel at present. I think this end of the hotel zone is still developing and that will change. The saving grace was the glorified snack bar by the pool. They only offered burgers, fries, tacos, guac and drinks but all were delicious. Also, there are two separate rooftop pools, and you can see right to the ocean from up there.

Rooms are clean and large but there were tiny ants that came out if any food was out. It’s quiet which I liked. Beds are very comfy. However there is NOTHING TO EAT HERE. You have to pay expensive rides to go anywhere. Bad location. Very slow service at the terrace bar at pool….I mean we do things fast in America but this is crazy. They need to iron out the kinks here. Headed to our all inclusive tomorrow. My kids are starving and we have no where to go. Not eating those 30 min bar tacos that with meat as my dog’s kibble. Place is new and very clean. That was a bonus. If you’re going to stay here have a rental. So sick of cab fares. $40 RT to go out to eat us BS. No food options here. Be prepared to cab it everywhere.

Foi uma grata surpresa esse hotel. Muito limpo, café da manhã justo e uma boa localização. Apesar de não fica na rota dos ônibus. Sua internet foi perfeita. Fiz diversas reuniões via TEAMS e em nenhum momento ela vacilou. Excelente qualidade do WiFi. Ponto alto. Outro ponto de destaque é a limpeza do hotel e dos quartos. Estão de parabéns. Foi uma ótima experiência trabalhar de Cancun na semana de 25/10-29/10.

El hotel es casi nuevo, cómodo. El personal sigue muy bien las medidas de covid Las habitaciones son grandes, algunas dan a la avenida y otras al mar. Hay dos cajeros atm, uno dispensa pesos y otro dolares Hay dos piscinas en la azotea. El desayuno está incluido y es sencillo pero de calidad. Está a 10-12 minutos del aeropuerto, aunque no tiene playa directamente. Tampoco hay tiendas cerca, pero es una zona muy tranquila y junto a la naturaleza.

Excelente hotel para largas estancias de trabajo o para una escapada de la rutina con la familia. La habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con lavaplatos, refrigerador, parrilla, fregadero, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes, microondas, cafetera... En fin, todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos.De igual forma cuenta con TV grande y escritorio para trabajar. Cama muy cómoda.

Excelente preço pela qualidade do quarto que você recebe. O hotel é muito novo e eu gostei dos quartos espaçosos. O café da manhã está incluído no preço do quarto, então essa é outra vantagem.Se você quiser ir para o lado mais movimentado da zona hoteleira, o hotel tem uma van, que você precisa reservar com 2 horas de antecedência. Não há ônibus coletivos na frente do hotel. Viemos de carro e o estacionamento é gratuito no hotel.Gostei das 2 piscinas diferentes na cobertura e de uma academia a que você pode acessar quando quiser, bastando fazer uma reserva, pois é hora de aproveitar.Eu tinha ficado aqui duas vezes em 2 semanas e voltaria aqui com certeza.

Excellent price for the quality of room you get. The hotel is pretty new and I liked the spacious rooms. Breakfast is included the room price, so that’s another plus. If you want to go to the more busy side of the hotel zone, the hotel has a van, which you need reserve 2 hours in advance. There are no pickup buses from the front of the hotel. We came by car and parking is free at the hotel. I liked the 2 different swimming pools on the roof top and a gym which you can access whenever you want, you just need to make a reservation, since it’s covid time. I’d stayed here twice in 2 weeks and would return here for sure.

One of the nicer residence Inn’s. Completely engulfed in flora as far as the eye can see and then the gorgeous blue of the ocean. Has two pools on the roof, one with a bar and the other more quiet. The building houses a gym and has breakfast from 8-10am. The rooms are super comfortable with a twisting smart tv so movies in bed or tv in the lounge are, well stocked kitchen with legitimate cooking equipment, so it’s very easy to feel at home with your very own little balcony to watch the sunset.

De longe, a pior experiência que já tive! Estabelecimento e serviço horrível. Eles servem o mesmo café da manhã todas as manhãs, o que não era bom. Eles não têm serviço de quarto além da "lanchonete" no andar de cima. Nós também ficamos sem água por algumas horas. Ainda por cima eles não limpam os quartos e quando o fazem, roubam roupas direto da sua bagagem !!! A gerência declara que “investigou”, mas nenhuma ação adicional foi tomada. Eu encorajo todos a ficarem longe deste lugar, a menos que você queira que suas coisas sejam roubadas como eu fiz e, em geral, queira uma experiência horrível.

Eu quero avaliar este local mais alto ... mas simplesmente não posso fazer isso! Prós: A academia é agradável, com apenas 4 pessoas dentro de 21 de julho de cada vez. Tivemos uma suíte de dois quartos que era grande e espaçosa para uma família de 6 pessoas. O prédio é novo e muito grande! Contras: Adicionada outra estrela ... Andre, o manjedoura, é ótimo no atendimento ao cliente e vai além do esforço necessário! O café da manhã é embalado e lento. Você deu bebidas a uma pessoa e a área para o buffet é limitada a 3 de cada vez para servir a si mesmo. O serviço de quarto é rude e lento. Pedimos 4 vezes os lençóis para o nosso sofá-cama e ainda não os recebi. Os chuveiros acabam duas vezes durante uma estadia de 6 noites. Uma vez que o chuveiro tem um design de roupão de banho sem cortina de chuveiro, o que era estranho, mas água 💦 por todo o lugar. As cozinhas não tinham nada para lavar pratos e levavam alguns dias para passar a esponja e o sabão.Grande ventilador do Marriott, mas a localização não é ideia se você quiser todas as lojas e clubes, no entanto, para mim foi um silêncio perfeito e nosso aluguel nos levou a onde precisávamos. Tem 2 piscinas na cobertura o que parece bacana, mas são pequenas comparadas a quantidade de pessoas que ficam no local. Eles precisam incluir um restaurante, um mercado maior e um spa. Vai ficar bem melhor !!

I want to rate this location higher…but just can’t do it! Pros: Gym is nice with as of July 21 only 4 people inside at a time. We had a two bedroom suite that was large and spacious for a family of 6. Building is new and is very large! Cons: Added another star…Andre the manger is great at customer service and goes above and beyond needed effort! Breakfast is packed and slow. You gave one person giving you drinks and area for buffet is limited to 3 at a time to service yourself. Room service is rude and slow. Asked for sheets for our pullout sofa bed 4 times and stilled have not received them. Showers have runout of water twice during a 6 night stay. Once shower has a bathrobe design with no shower curtain, which was weird but water 💦 all over the place. Kitchens had nothing to wash dishes and took a couple days to sponge and soap. Huge Marriott fan but location isn’t idea if you want all the shops and clubs, however, for me it was perfect quiet and our rental got us to where we needed. Has 2 pools on the roof which sounds cool, but they are small compared the amount of people that stay at the location. They need to include a restaurant, bigger market place, and a Spa. It will be much better!!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! Horrible establishment and service. They serve the same breakfast every morning which was not good. They don’t have room service besides the “snack bar” upstairs. We were also out of water for a few hours. To top it off they don’t clean the rooms and when they do, they steal clothes straight from your luggage!!! Management states they “investigated” but no further action was taken. I highly encourage everyone to stay away from this place unless you want your things stolen like I did and overall want an awful experience.

Longe de tudo, perto de lugar algum. Este hotel não está na zona hotelereira de Cancún, nem aqui nem na China. Totalmente isolado, vc depende exclusivamente de táxi para ir a Cancun. Os taxistas cobram um absurdo para pequenos deslocamentos, por que aquela região não é atendida por transporte público, ônibus a vans não passam por ali. Este hotel merece a classificação " Fuja louco, enquanto há tempo" . Não recomendo pra ninguém. Me desculpem mas está é a verdade. A relação custo benefício é péssima.

Hotel incrível, limpo, novo em folha. O café da manhã estava super delicioso. Serviço lento, pois eles servem a cada pessoa individualmente antes de deixar a próxima pessoa entrar, mas isso deve mudar depois que as regras ambiciosas mudarem. O táxi para o aeroporto custa US $ 30, o mesmo para ir a qualquer lugar em Cancún, mas ficamos lá apenas por uma noite, então não nos incomodou muito. Se você quiser sair muito eu ficaria mais perto. A uma curta caminhada de um restaurante adorável sob a ponte. 2 piscinas limpas no telhado

Instalaciones amplias, con todas las medidas de seguridad sanitaria. Las habitaciones son perfectas para estancias largas, ya que cuentan con cocina completa, incluyendo parrilla y lavavajillas. La conexión de WiFi es buena, sin problemas. El personal es amable, muy buena limpieza. Cuenta con dos roof pool, que regalan al huésped una bella vista, especialmente al atardecer. Desayuno sustancioso (tipo bufet, asistido en todo momento por el personal). Seguro volveré.

De inicio toda la experiencia de maravilla, muy amables y dispuestos. Hasta que en mi salida olvide unas cosas en la suite, entre ellas la bañera de mi bebé, al dia siguiente fui por ella y me dijeron que la habian tirado a la basura, lo que me parece tan increible porque estaba practicamente nueva y en perfecto estado. Se supone que cuando un huesped deja algo, se lo resguardan por un tiempo. En mi caso no fue asi. Y lo peor es que no supieron manejar la situacion, no habia con quien quejarse ni quien diera la cara. Solo quedron en que el gerente se comunicaria conmigo para llegar a un acuerdo, pero hasta ahora nadie me ha resuelto.

Amazing hotel, clean, brand new. Breakfast was super delicious. Slow service as they serve each person individually before letting the next person in, but that should change after covid rules change. The taxi to the airport is $30, same to go anywhere in Cancun, but we were only there for a night so didn’t bother us much. If you want to go out a lot I would stay closer. Walking distance to a cute restaurant under the bridge. 2 clean pools on the rooftop

Stay anywhere but here. New hotel all taxis charge about 30$ to get from there to the party zone the strip where everything is. No buses run that far have to get off on the last stop and take a. 32 min walk to the hotel. Breakfast is over at 10am only have waffles hot dogs eggs and cereal. Pool area is nice but pool closes at 8pm staff is very nice. No shuttle to or from the hotel.

Un lugar muy hermoso y acogedor. Las habitaciones y el trato son excelentes y el personal muy amable y profesional. El único inconveniente es que está casi al final de la zona hoteleray el transporte público no llega hasta allí, y no tiene playa privada. Super recomendado si se cuenta con vehículo propio o de renta
