“Hotel novo, muito bem localizado em JBR, fácil acesso mesmo andando a pé. Hotel com staff extremamente atencioso,muito simpático, e impecáveis em tudo. O hotel sempre muito limpo de um modo geral,sempre tudo arrumado. Ja bem equipado tecnologicamente nos quartos, extremamente seguro devido ao cartão para subir no elevador e tudo mais. O acesso a piscina/praia um pouco esquisito por um corredor. A piscina, o bar da piscina,os restaurantes de apoio a piscina,o serviço de refeição na piscina são excelentes, funcionam muito bem e nunca houve um único problema. A música ambiente na piscina também é um detalhe interessante, tal como todo o ambiente que o hotel promove. Não posso deixar de ter o termo de comparação do ano passado com o "Five" que fica perto do "Rixos", e no "Rixos" o ar condicionado do quarto era extremamente barulhento e pouco eficaz,enquanto que no "Five" nem se ouvia e muito eficaz a fazer frio. Fiz a reclamação junto da recepção, e desde logo se dispuseram a ir verificar, mas foram só mesmo verificar pois disseram que resolveram o problema mas o barulho intenso continuou ao ponto de acordar durante a noite com o barulho. Outro ponto negativo foi a pressão da água,pois esta quase que não existia na casa se banho para tomar um duche (ao relatar estas situações eu não acredito que não hajam já reclamações iguais e que a gestão do hotel não saiba de nada, pois esta reclamação deve ser habitual,no entanto não entendo porque nao resolvem). Outro ponto negativo são os chapéus de sol com buracos e partidos na praia (conforme se pode verificar pelas fotos) o que dá um muito mau aspecto e um ar de pouco cuidado. Enfim não foi a melhor escolha como hotel de 5 estrelas, pois o preço a pagar é um pouco elevado para a qualidade do quarto. Espero que consigam melhorar alguns pontos e que tenham muito sucesso.”

“Great place! Great location! Our first apartment smelled kind of funky, but they changed us without an issue. Great customer service! The apartments are super spacious, each room with its own full bathroom! A nicely stocked kitchen, everything you need if you want to cook, but why would you? Walking distance to great restaurants, not to mention the ones right on the property. The pool area is great, multiple pools, with different depths (very kid friendly) but the best was the beach!
