“We are very pleased with the service of this hotel. We arrived without reservation, & even then they were able to give us a room with everything included. We arrived very tired & they let us in three hours before the actual check in. The resturant staff, especially Alberto, Edith, Nadia, Violeta, Manuel, Rene, & Agustina were all very kind to us and made our experience even better. We are definitely coming back thanks to the welcoming staff and great service. We are very thankful for everything they did for us. Room 220”
