“Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very friendly staff and always willing to help. We had an issue with our bath, I was a bit worried at first that it might be blamed on me but to my delight they insisted I change to a new room no questions asked. The experience we got, for what we paid, was unbelievably good. I would definitely recommend to anyone else and definitely visit again”

“The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very service minded and helped out with all our questions.
Building is fresh and clean. Breakfast was very good, much to select from the buffe. The hotel is located a couple of km from Las Ramblas and downtown so it's quite a bit to walk when it's very hot.
During our stay it was above 30 degress each day and there was energy saving demands from government so air conditioning was not so good as expected. There was a smell also from time to time, probably from the air conditioning but that was not a big issue.”
